The Heron Estate project involved the ground-up construction of a 79-unit apartment community in Riviera Beach. The development consists of 11 standalone, three-story residential buildings, along with a leasing office, pool, and fitness center. Our team was responsible for delivering all vertical and horizontal construction activities, from site preparation and infrastructure to complete building construction and amenity installations. We partnered closely with the developer and the local housing authority to ensure full compliance with all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, design standards, and regulatory obligations. Through proactive coordination, rigorous quality control, and strict adherence to schedule, we successfully executed the scope of work to provide a safe, high-quality, and affordable housing community that meets the long-term needs of Riviera Beach residents.
